​1.  Our Business Model (Reselling)

​HomeHeavenIndia operates as a reseller. We do not stock products ourselves. All orders are directly fulfilled and shipped by our third-party suppliers (primarily Meesho). This ensures we bring you the lowest prices and the widest collection of products.

​2. Pricing and Payment

​Prices are final and include all standard shipping charges.

​Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

​3. Shipping & Delivery

​Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 working days.

​We will provide a tracking number as soon as the supplier shares it with us.

​The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

​4. 7-Day Return Policy (Managed by Supplier)

​Return Window: We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

​Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

​Refund Process: All returns and refunds are processed by our supplier (Meesho). We will raise the return request for you. The refund will be initiated only after the supplier successfully receives and verifies the returned item.

​The refund amount will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 working days after the supplier's approval.
